Renewable Energy
  • General
Gecos project - This line of research (Group Energy Conversion Systems) studies technologies deriving from the use of energy from renewable sources and from fossil sources in order to find solutions for the industry that boost efficiency while reducing environmental impact.
Sustainable Development
  • Green Building
Energy & Environment Engineering project - This research line focuses on the theoretical and practical aspects of environmental conform and quality in the home and is split into different areas of interest. They include one dedicated to the environment and energy systems of buildings, which includes measurement for a rational use of energy, especially with solar systems. Another area is dedicated to the impact on emissions from energy generation in urban areas.
