The central campus is in Perugia, where the main courses are held, while some others take place at the Terni Research & Teaching Centre (Polo Scientifico e Didattico di Terni). Special courses are held across the region of Umbria at the branches in Assisi, Cittą di Castello, Foligno, Narni, Orvieto and Spoleto. About 34,000 are enrolled, coming from across Italy. Among its research centers, there is the Centre of Excellence in Innovative Nanostructured Materials for Chemical, Physical and Biomedical Applications (CEMIN)
