The Abruzzo region science and technology park (Parco Scientifico e Tecnologico d'Abruzzo or PSTd'A) is a mixed, public-private consortium. It is a non-profit organziation that provides services to third parties and is backed by the Abruzzo regional government (Regione Abruzzo), by the consortiums for the industrial development of the provinces of Teramo and L'Aquila and by six private consortiums. It has links with universities and research centers nationwide. The activities of the PSTd'A are aimed both at the public sector and at private companies.
