The park is a consortium composed of the Parma Chamber of Commerce, the Municipality and Province of Parma, SOPRIP spa, Unione Parmense degli industriali (Parma industry association) and the Università di Parma (Parma University). To aid the development of relationships between the research space and enterprises, the consortium founded a services company, Parma Tecninnova srl, which is dedicated to encouraging the start-up of highly innovative new companies (spin offs).
